Gingerberry Fizz

A bold and invigorating mix of tart cranberry, bright lime, and spicy ginger, perfectly balanced for a crisp, refreshing sip.

    • 1 ½ oz Vodka

    • ½ oz Triple Sec

    • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

    • ½ oz Spicy Ginger Syrup

    • 1 oz Cranberry Juice

    • Ginger Beer (to top)

    1. Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, triple sec, lime juice, and cranberry juice.

    2. Shake well until chilled.

    3. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

    4. Top with ginger beer and give a gentle stir.

    5. Garnish with cranberries.

Raspberry Royal

A smooth and vibrant blend of tart lemon, sweet raspberry, and a hint of nutty warmth.

    • 1 ¾ oz Vodka

    • ¼ oz Amaretto

    • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • 1 oz Raspberry Syrup

    1. Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, amaretto, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.

    2. Shake well until chilled.

    3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

    4. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lemon twist.

Rosita Roja

A vibrant, citrusy cocktail with floral elderflower, bittersweet Aperol, and fresh strawberries, finished with a silky foam

    • 1 ½ oz Aperol

    • ¾ oz St. Germain

    • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • ½ oz Egg White

    • 3 Fresh Strawberries

    1. Muddle the strawberries in a shaker until well crushed.

    2. Add Aperol, St. Germain, lemon juice, and egg white.

    3. Dry shake (without ice) for 10–15 seconds to create foam.

    4. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

    5. Strain into a short rocks glass over a large ice cube or served neat.

    6. Garnish with a strawberry slice or a light dusting of grated lemon zest.

Ginger and Spice

Zesty Sins

A bold and warming blend of vodka, spiced cinnamon, crisp apple, and bright citrus.

    • 1 ½ oz Vodka

    • ¾ oz Zesty Cinnamon Syrup

    • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • 2 oz Apple Juice

    1. Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, and apple juice.

    2. Shake well until chilled.

    3. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.

    4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a thin apple slice.

Heart & Hearth

A rich and cozy twist on a classic sour, blending warm chai-infused bourbon, smooth maple, and bright citrus.

    • 2 oz Chai-Infused Bourbon

    • 1 oz Maple Syrup

    • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • ½ oz Egg Whites

    • Bitters (for garnish)

    • Add chai-infused bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice, and egg whites to a shaker.

    • Dry shake (without ice) for 10–15 seconds to build a silky foam.

    • Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

    • Strain into a coupe or sour glass.

    • Carefully add drops of bitters on top of the foam and use a toothpick to shape them into hearts.

Dirty Chai-tini

A bold and aromatic twist on the classic espresso martini, featuring chai bourbon, rich coffee liqueur, and fresh espresso for a smooth, spiced finish

    • 1 ½ oz Chai-Infused Bourbon

    • 1 oz Kahlúa

    • ½ oz Simple Syrup

    • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso - or 1 oz of Strong coffee

    1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 10–15 seconds to create a creamy texture.

    2. Add ice and wet shake until well chilled.

    3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

    4. Garnish with three coffee beans for good luck.

Golden Ember

A rich and fruity cocktail with warm reposado tequila, sweet peach, and a kick of ginger spice.

    • 2 oz Reposado Tequila

    • 1 oz Peach Schnapps

    • 1 ½ oz Ginger Syrup

    • ½ Lemon Juice

    • ½ oz Peach Nectar (from canned peaches)

    1. Fill a shaker with ice and add reposado tequila, peach schnapps, ginger syrup, and peach nectar.

    2. Shake well until chilled.

    3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

    4. Garnish with a peach slice or a thin piece of candied ginger.

Lychee Blossom

A delicate yet vibrant cocktail with floral lychee, bright citrus, and a hint of cherry, perfectly balanced with smooth vodka and white vermouth.

    • 2 oz Vodka

    • 1 oz Lychee Liqueur

    • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • ¼ oz Cherry Juice or Maraschino Syrup

    • ⅓ oz White Vermouth

    • Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, cherry juice (or maraschino syrup), and white vermouth.

    • Shake well until chilled.

    • Strain into a chilled martini glass.

    • Garnish with a lychee fruit or a cherry.

Coco Cove

A smooth and refreshing tropical escape with coconut, pineapple, peach, and a splash of citrus.

    • 1 oz White Rum

    • 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum

    • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

    • 1 oz Peach Nectar

    • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

    1. Fill a shaker with ice and add white rum, Malibu, peach nectar, pineapple and lime juice.

    2. Shake well until chilled.

    3. Strain into a chilled coupe or a rocks glass over fresh ice.

    4. Garnish with a lime wheel or a peach slice.
